SERVICEABILITY
Network reach and available capacity.
A premise is passed when it falls inside a deployed service area, sits within 160 metres of its assigned terminal and has a valid upstream path. Serviceability also considers occupied ports and the state of the connection.
Trace routes resolve from the access terminal through the splitter, cabinet, ODF and OLT to the central office. Route length includes physical fibre segments; premise proximity is reported separately.
